One Mile A Day

If you've been vising the blog for a while you may know what One Mile A Day (OMaD) is already.

After complete a RW Run Streak between Thanksgiving 2014 and New Years 2015, I decided to dedicate 1 mile a day for the year of 2015. What I would do is walk or a run an mile before or after work every day of the week. If I was running, I still added on a mile on top of that. I would blog a weekly post called One Mile A Day (or OMaD) to show my progress.

In 2016 I tried to do the same, but didn't do so well. I did even worse in 2017. I have been just too busy!

For 2018, I'm retiring the OMaD tag name for my weekly posts since I know that I won't be going for walks like I use to, especially since I have goals for running and cross training. I'll be posting weekly fitness updates like usual, but not as OMaD.
