2018 Weekly Workout Recap #40 - #44

It's been a crazy month! Lots of running. On the occasional long run I up-ed my mileage by a mile so that I'm more comfortable being close to 20 miles. My pace is doing well during the long runs. I definitely need to make sure that I'm stretching and doing cross-training for my hips and glutes so that I'm not continuously getting aches and pains like I experienced in the later part of October. Overall, I'm feeling confident with my training plan!
